about the only real problem anyway, and that 1/16" holes were the proper size
to prevent them.

e when the plane is near
empty of fuel. Is this mostly a header tank problem due to drastically shifting
weight? It would seam to me that the fuel being used from wing tanks would tend
to transfer the weight forward.
