Please understand that EAA refers members to Falcon. Falcon is a broker and not an insurance company. They have many insurance companies to go to but one that they cannot go to is AVEMCO. Even if you choose Falcon (good people) it makes sense to speak to an AVEMCO underwriter. They will take the

There are no regs that spells out requirements for an amateur built motor glider. Just check that box when you register the aircraft. You will need a sign off to operate a self launch glider and a PVT-G rating to carry a passenger. This would be a great loophole for all those too heavy ultraligh

I'm new but have been studying many of the sites shown on KRnet.org. I' m confused by the one for a KR2s being built by Robert Pesak (close to the bottom of the list of those under construction). The workmanship is fantastic but he is mounting the one piece wing by sawing two slots in the bottom
