The number that I keep coming up with is 245 lbs, with "everything but
fuel in the lines, and electrons in the wires". Obviously, this
includes carb, intake, exhaust, and prop hub, but not the mount, control
cables, etc.
I've studied the new airfoil pages and Mark Langford’s great turfing pictures.
Unless I missed it, I couldn't locate and information on the extent of laminar
flow on top and bottom of the airfoil. I'm sure wind tunnel time is precious,
so extra testing beyond the primary stuff is hard to justi

enough years ago to state his 3100 was 245 lbs with carb, airbox, generator,
airbox, oil, starter, etc.
