It is called getting older! I am slowly going to the low and slow because in
your mid 70's you can see the window closing down. Insurance, medical, etc.
create challenges that younger folks don't think about. LSA and other ultra
lights give us a few more years 😊

I just received my 2004 KR Gathering DVD from 'video Bob' and what a

an academy award winner. This video captures the spirit and much more as to
what took place last year at the Gathering. I don't kn

Brian,
When I ordered my KR2S plans, I basically got the KR2 manual, KR2 drawings
and supplemental drawings for the KR2S where it differed from the KR2
(fuselage, wing, empenage, etc.) identified by KR-2S on the drawing.

I have built my HS & elevator spars and they are 71 inches long...which are

Sheet W2 of the KR2S plans shows the wing planform and from that the wing
span from tip to tip (which includes the 20" wing tip extension on each
wing) is 23 ft 5 in.

KR Builders,
Last year I bought the CD with all the KR newsletters that Larry Capps had
put together. I had started building my KR2S last year and would
occasionally scan thru some of the past newsletters. I had even subscribed
to the newsletter for a couple of years (Dec 97-Feb 2000). This summ

The one page instruction sheet I received does not tell you where to mount
the bracket. I bought the two piece gear which is somewhat like mounting
the Diehl gear. If you get the one piece
