Please note: I do not specify the quantity, location (on the aircraft), or
orientation of the fiberglass cloth(s) that I have used in the laminations,
and since this is a unique (single) design and has not
er approved method
for bonding foam. 3M has a couple of spray products that are pretty good.

They sell the bun stocks: 2ft x 4ft x 6ft
You could slice your own 3" pieces by making a cutting jig.
