I know it sounds hokey, but how about a small cable like GM uses on their transmission Gear selector/position indicator. Hooked to some point on the belly board, and routed to an indicator needle on the instrument panel, which would have a light spring, to return the needle to the up position as

I have a 6” actuator fitted and very slow 35sec to full deploy. ( 7.5 mm / sec). I did not take that into consideration when purchased. Can any one suggest a way of placing a flap travel indicator on the panel? Phil Matheson. Sent from my iPhone -Please see LIS

Hi David, I am looking at a 60kw electric motor, weighs about 15kg 22 lbs A 1835 VW weighs about 160 lbs, so take 22 off that makes about 130 lbs you can use for batteries & controller I have used the Vruzend kit to assemble the batteries, they say you can get 10 -20 amp from each battery, good luc
