Thanks for your responses. Rob, you are correct on my style of the injector. I
am going through the manuals and putting together a checklist for startup and
taking into consideration some of your comments. I will keep you updated.Â

Best to keep all away and find the right combination for start. Then do it
enough that it can be done in your sleep.

I didn't know that the Australians invented WIFI technology, right?! Wow,
it surely has changed the world, and my hat off to Australia! Yes, I know
the Jabiru engines are great engines, but it just too expensive to get one

I have not had much time to respond and I have taken all advise into

CPS in California is my go-to place for the different controls because I owned
a Mini-Max 1600 and it had all mechanical controls to include the brakes. They

Hey Luis,
I believe I got the same type of engine on my KR2, and the engine starts
fairly easy every time I try it. I have a electric primer, so all you need
is to turn on the master switch first, and then flip on your main fuel pump
(to see if there is at least 3psi pressure). Be sure to turn off
Ken I concur. Being an early product of the Ft. Bragg flying club flying out
of Pope AFB in NC I can attest to the daily grinding of proper military flight
procedures and etiquette. There is nothing that screams procedures and
adherence to the rules like flying a Piper Cherokee through gaggles
Due to the Corona Virus quarantine, I have been able to stay home and work full
time on my KR. I am ready to start the engine (Revmaster 2100D). I am a little
nervous about it and would like some recommendations on what to look for and
how to go about doing it.My biggest concern is that it has t
As usual I didn’t explain everything that I have. So a little clarity on my
engine and project.
The engine is a Type 4 VW. It has the intakes built for the injection already
and has injectors in the castings. I have a single mag mounted to the rear and
the force one prop hub on the front.

Let's drop this conversation, please. I agree with John that it's
simply not right to denigrate an entire country, especially one as nice
as Australia, for no apparent reason, so I can't blame him for his
response. However, it probably should have been direct to Mike, rather
than to the whole
