Assuming you mean an Ellison "injector", there is a process online that
describes it. It involves providing fuel to the carb, and then blowing
through a tube into the orifice in the front of the carb to open the
fuel feed valve to get it filled. See

the Section 3, Initial Operation and Adjustment.
Read it all, and do it all, especially setting the mixture and throttle
travel parts. The only folks I know of that have problems with these
carbs haven't done the procedure correctly, or at all!
