FWIW, I found the canopy to be pretty easy to cut with an abrasive cutting wheel on a die grinder. I also punched a ton of holes around the perimeter of the canopy with the die grinder and a pointed grinding bit before floxing it into place. The grinding process melts rather than cutting, so ma

Well you better pray a little better than I did. Dumb ass me allowed a stress at one point and I got 3 short cracks. The longest stopping 3/4” from the edge. Fortunately they will be under the frame out of sight. I did drill tiny stop holes at the end of the crack. Mark Jones flyk...@gmail.com

Again.  Using the term "plexiglass" and "lexan" are brand names from the days owned by GE.  The actual name is "acrylic"and "polycarbonate" and using this you can buy several different brands of the product.  Often cheaper!  Acrylic is clearer and tougher, but breaks easier.  Lean can be bent in
