Why not remove one of the WAF from the top or bottom. Fill the spar holes. Bolt
the spar to the other fixed WAF. Set up the spar correctly. Then re- drill the

die grinder and enlarge the holes of the outside WAFs. Make "washers"
having holes reamed to 3/8th and lay them on the fitting, put the bolt

The WAFs are properly aligned with the spar on both sides.
Also, everything is already glassed.
Much easier to keep the spar hole pattern unchanged, vs cut up and redo the
stub wings in order to redrill the spars.
