I ordered and paid for plans last August, and just a few days ago I got an
email saying my order has been shipped! I sent multiple, never
threatening, emails to nvaero inquiring about status and even asking to
cancel the order. Anyways, sounds like my wait is almost over.

Also can use Bosch WR7AC from the VW dealer parts department.
Regarding spark plug wires, I am using Taylor 409 spiro pro race wires.
Can't recall where I got them but I can go through a stack of receipts if
needed.

I think it was just a bad stud. It was new when I put it in, although
it makes me wonder if they all shouldn't come out and some OEM or German

Mark and JL,
I have a comment on the studs. Great planes sells a set of studs that
is 200% stronger than the original. Now, why would they do that? Because
the original do not handle the tensile strength requirement. I replaced

I read this and went and looked at nV aero site, and read the latest update
from Jan 10. This update kind of explains the situation. I think what we have
is an honest, sole source for KR parts and supplies, with lead times which can
vary widely. I went through this with another aircraft supplier
