Try connecting a 24 volt battery in a carbon fiber plane. A wet spot in the
pants is common. Bahahahaha

Carbon fiber cloth is conductive. ?But it's good practice to never store your
batteries in an area where things may be ttossed on them.

Carbon is conductivethat's part of why it's corrosive and why you have
to isolate it from any metal. You can do the same thing with steel wool
and a 9 volt battery...old boy scout trick.

Going down to take my battery off the bench right now. Been throwing rags and
glass mat on that area all winter while working in the shop.
