I made a front deck from the blue foam...then realized that i was going to
use a header tank...so i tested a sample in a jar with a little bit of
gas...in the morning i had 2 sheets of fiberglass and nothing else.
Oops...i guess that is my proof of concept...i do plan on using it on my
turtle deck.

I have used this foam for many years with only minor mishap Both blue
and pink. I believe that many others have also used it. Didn't the original
Rutan canard craft use it? Do you have any technical data that might through
some more light on the subject? Never thought of running it

I did use some of the pink foam when constructing my canopy frame. While it is
not a structural component such as a control surface, do you think this will be
a problem? There are three to four layers of kr glass covering the foam to
