Yes, there may be some builders out there that don't realize that T-88 can be softened (with careful use of a heat gun) just enough to gingerly pry a glue joint apart without damage to the wood. Maybe someone knows the exact temperature that that occurs. I wonder if a darker painted KR, with

John, I took a look at your engine pictures which look good. I noticed you have a major firewall problem. You have to have stainless in front of the wood. An engine fire would get you faster than you would think and even the heat from the engine could be enough to light it off. The plans call for .

Concur with Larry on this. I did not post cure either. I've also been lucky and have not had any de-laminations on my wings over the years. I've attributed this to doing a good job on using the wet micro on the foam to seal it prior to putting on the fiberglass. By the way, my KR2S is back in
