Now that is an interesting idea. ?Torque may very well be an issue. ?Notice in the ad that this is for a 13 hp utility vehicle. ?It might be a bit overmatched with a 100 hp engine. On the other hand, a stock O-200 doesn't have a huge amount of compression, but I would guess that it's a bit harde

I had a starter/generator on my old MBZ diesel. Volvo diesels also used them. It works, and almost any generator will work as a starter.( Voltage controls for generators need a cutout relay to prevent them from "motoring".) You need to pull the flywheel to change the belt on a lyc. The belt take

Specifications state 8-16" aft of the inboard wing leading edge. For N64KR, the CG range is 8" to 14" aft of the inboard wing leading edge. This is because it is generally accepted that the aft 2" are a dangerous place to be. I hope that answers your question as I don't have it in relation to th

I haven't calculated mine yet or i would give you more definite answer...but mine will be different from yours even though i will also have the 5048. The forward limit is more difficult to calculate...it is only limited by the effectiveness of the elevator. If you have a bigger stab/elevator with

35% MAC is a very common aft cg limit...from 707s to cessna 150s. To get any more accurate you would have to know exactly the point where you don't need any download on your elevator/stabilizer. Of course the longer and narrower your wings are the smaller and further forward your MAC moves. Once
