I am the one responsible for this eBay posting. You raise some points
which deserve further explanation. When I originally found this
airplane it was to be in flying condition but after investing money to
fly and inspect it the owner had second thoughts about liability and
wished to sell aft
Looks like major damage to the rudder and aft fuselage.
Look at the second set of pictures.
