I think there may already be some examples of longer wings flying. Does
anybody have a winglet? Winglets give the same aerodynamic advantages and
cause the same structural impact as a wing extension of the same area.

IMHO the capacitive system is the only way to go in this situation. Will the
tank be Vinyl Ester? If so you can bury one of the plates in the side of the
tank and standoff the other plate a few mm away inside to create your
