I now have 401.8 hours on my little KR2. VH-PKR Not as flying as much as normal due to a knee operation and another one to come, But can still get in the KR. The next operation soon will have me out of the air for 6 weeks, (BUGGER) Have almost finished the turtle deck on the next generation KR2S

.Check list, Check list, Check list. You would have remembered to put the flaps up. As far as the forgetting to put the gear down. I use the gear like flaps, pull back on throttle slow and drop gear (flaps). And with the fix on the gear locking mech. I have never had a problem. Lee At least
