that long cut was no easy feet. It took great care to get the pieces to line up
nicely.

I am imagining a scarf about 7 inches long (11-12 times 5/8"). That will
serve you very well. One added measure is to keep the scarf slope visible to
the side so that the side ply further adds to the strenght of the glue
joint. You could put them all in the same bay without worry but more

I received my wood in good condition from wicks last week. Since then, I have
been preparing to build the fuselage sides. This morning I started laying out
my
jig board for the sides. After placing the top 5/8X5/8" longeron on the table,
