I can tell you from the side of being someone who does NDT work for a living that powder coating does not stop cracks from showing. Powder coat will cover bad welds as does paint. Also just like paint it does not cover over sharp edges well. Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry -Origi

My quest for insurance has left an interesting tip today: Falcon insurance will not insure the kr-2, and will insure the kr-2S. Just thought I'd like to share! So far, this is the only company that made this distinction between the standard '2' and the '2S'. Andy
