Certainly does, but it either that, or get the screws so buggered up that they sometimes will not come out. One of our RV guys suggested Boe-Lube, and that works for a while, but wears off, and still does not make it easy to screw and un-screw. For an inspection plate, you must be able to get it

You can do that, but riveting them directly to the aileron spar works just fine. Why FLOX I know some people do it that way, but then, you can get the problem you have. I don't think rivets will ever come loose. Also, if you run the tap through the anchor nuts, you will have less of a ch

My project came to me with the ailerons on, and no method to get them off easily (using a removable hinge pin). A nut holding at least one of the hinge screws seems to be spinning, and I can?t hold onto the nut, unless I make an access hole. I?m afraid that other nuts will have the same proble
