KR> Stepwise Expenses - Dremel

2009-01-31 Thread Barry Kruyssen
Hi All Painted the KR2 last week so I am getting close to being back in the air, though it will still be at least 2 months as I am off the Japan for 5 weeks of snow boarding (one of my other obsessions in life). Re the Dremel. In Australia my original Dremal cost me $120 and has been repair twice

When I first was introduced to this world it was because I ran into a hanger with the beginnings of a KR project. I thought they were soap box cars to be pushed down a hill. Well now I have spent over $600 and I have spent over 50 hours on this new obsession. I have tools that I didn't even know

For the resources available at the cost; I don't understand why anyone who is interested in flying, let alone building aircraft, wouldn't join EAA. You may not have a chance to get to what is now called "AirVenture" or go to the Oshkosh site, but there is just a ton of stuff available through EAA.

I note that the registration page says theat the subscription is a "limited time" offer to non-EAA members. So, it appears that sometime in the future it will be a members only benefit. Ed Janssen - Original Message - From: "Darren Crompton" To: "KRnet" Sent: Friday, January 30, 20
