Hi Eric, I think Circulation & Fine Rules is the right place, but I'd like to see it based on combination of patron type and item type: Teacher can renew normal books 12 times, but audio books only 3 times. Students can renew normal books 3 times, but can't renew audio books. Katrin > ---

You have to add the user you want to the the SIPserver.xml file for there to be a SIP account for them to use, then restart the SIPserver. It should NOT be your kohaadmin (or koha "root") account from koha-conf.xml, because that is not a real user. That is, there is no entry in the borrwers table
