Thanks for the reference bug and the command. Unfortunately, when I execute
the command suggested I receive:

I tried Ramiro's link and got an "OAI-PMH service not enabled".
Which reminded me that I had turned on "OAI-PMH".
I did that and now it responds to the link.
I still need to snoop around but I think I am pointing in the right
direction now.

a list with an invalid SetSpec (i.e. "joke") gives you all
of the records. Same as no SetSpec at all. It probably should give an
error. No such "set".
