Learnt Patron's bulk images upload (in previous, install it was not

Since, I was copied down codes of the respective OPAC sections either from
blogs or examples given in websites, made it overlap.
I removed complete HTML or CSS or JS codes from
opacheader, OpacMainUserBlock, OpacNav, OpacNavRight.
And kept only opacheader codes.

I am trying to migrate Koha (version 2.2.9) installed on windows xp to
Ubuntu (12.04 desktop) for Koha latest stable release.
Can some one who has already done similar migrations please give your
