[Koha] search in koha 3.8

Hii just upgraded from koha 3.2 to 3.8 , every thing good , i configured the default.idx to searching in arabic , after that when i making search in english language , the most results in keywords search didn't matching the title , i think there are a problem but i don't know where ? any help
