On a similar issue, we have a couple of weekly titles with continuous numbering
where the volume will rollover on the 1st of January and 1st July - the number
of issues in each volume depends on what day of the week Christmas/new year
falls etc but the rollover is always the next Friday after 1
up? We are using Koha 3.16
