On a similar issue, we have a couple of weekly titles with continuous numbering
where the volume will rollover on the 1st of January and 1st July - the number
of issues in each volume depends on what day of the week Christmas/new year
falls etc but the rollover is always the next Friday after 1 January & 1 July
so being able to specify a date for rollover would be very useful.

I also have one journal I am checking in just now with a pattern that says
published 20 times a year - twice monthly except monthly in July, August,
December and January. I can't see how to record this in the serials prediction
so that the expected published dates are calculated correctly. I have it down
as irregular at the moment

This will be fixed with Bug 12671
