Hi Arshad, the only thing I can think of is to double check your configuration of the auto increment fix - there might be a tiny mistake somewhere preventing it from working: https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/DBMS_auto_increment_fix Did you restart your DBMS server after setting up the fix?

Hi Carlos, there is no automated or semi-automated process for binding journal issues/items at the moment. I think you could use the item batch edit/delete features from the detail page to achieve the binding, leaving one item that can be changed to be the new bound item. Hope this helps, Katri
