We have a koha instance on a local server (no public URL yet)
3.20 (package install on Debian 7)
Our administrator was working on the email configuration today.
He left, but afterward, when I tried to access the staff client, I get this
error message:

We used to get a similar error after a large "return/ check in session". We
added more memory to the VM, and have not had an error since.

That is certainly not it.
Our server is new and huge (and not virtual).

They make me think that we shouldn't be unaccenting any text, as it
dramatically changes the meaning of words.
However, we should have clarified in this case that the text we're unaccenting
are the names of people.

when we use this command.
sudo perl -I /usr/share/koha/lib
