In answer to #1 the 264 is an RDA field and all you need to do is ask us
(ByWater Solutions) to install the RDA frameworks for you and you'll have
that field - regardless of the version you're on. Joy wrote about that

This is also my question but i feel bond volume needs to be re-accessioned and
you can add it as a item in that bibliographic record. But i also want to know
what to do with loose issues? which is no more relevant after binding it.
