Denise, In answer to #1 the 264 is an RDA field and all you need to do is ask us (ByWater Solutions) to install the RDA frameworks for you and you'll have that field - regardless of the version you're on. Joy wrote about that here: http://bywatersolutions.com/2013/02/08/rda/
