I'm having the same problem with my installation. Ubuntu 14.04, Koha 16.11 upgraded about ten minutes ago from 3.22. (It's my Local Authors catalog that uses extra MARC fields and modified templates, but I don't think that's the problem. BTW, if anyone here is going to be at the ACRL conference
