Unfortunately we found a locale issue with 5.1.11. Some of the packages were ready and uploaded to website which resulted in a few users downloading them which exposed the issue. We have fixed the issue but given that users have already downloaded 5.1.11 packages, we will not be officially re

Considering that there are no solution choosen for this issue nor even a patch, I don't think we should block the 4.0.3 release becasue of this issue. Changes to DRC should be taken with care, and I would rather like a potential fix to be tested a bit more than is possible in a few days timeframe.
