Fingers crossed but the rc2 noise has been fairly low so if no critical bugs are reported between now and Thanksgiving weekend, I'll roll out the stable release sometime that weekend. If you have any last minute bug fixes, documentation changes, or library improvements to make, now is the time. I'll give everyone a 24hr notice before I tag the source, doc, library, and translation repos with 4.0.0 when I roll out the release. From there we can branch if the need be. Hopefully one of things we will have to be thankful for this Thanksgiving holiday is a new KiCad stable release.
