If I remember correctly the touchpad was already not responding when
booting into Ubuntu from USB stick.

In the UEFI there is no "Touchpad" entry. I think it should be in the
"Main" section, right? I tried the other menus as well, but there is
none.

unfortunately, none of it helped for the touchpad. However my speakers
seem to work now :-) (maybe this was also a system update, I do not
know).

I am sorry. The dmesg-list-of-parameters.txt was wrong again. I seem to
often forget the update command :-(. Here is the correct one, but still
no input from the touchpad, unfortunately.
