sometimes fail to reply all USB URBs and become completely dead unless a
power cycle is executed.
Tested with the latest firmware from korg, commit 27a36893, REL17064.
Also reproducible on 5.9 mainline kernel.

This is being tested under Intel 9260, but it has being found on many
other chips that are compatible to BLE extended commands set (5.1). Not
sure if a legacy (5.0 or 4.x) bluetooth device is immune yet.

For those who want to try ath11k/QCA6390:
1. please check with your vendor for latest BIOS update info as it takes BIOS
update for us during the development on a specific model as well.
2. for Focal users, you will need:
- linux-firmware >= 1.187.7,
- linux-oem-20.04 >= 5.6.0.1039.3
For the git-clone method, it should be working as I just tried. As for
apt-get-source method, while you're trying to build your own kernel,
`apt source linux-image-unsigned-$(uname -r)` should be used instead.
Don't have the privileges to update Wiki, but this is not a kernel bug
anyway.

Looks like it's a duplicate of already expired bug 1850502. Since I'm
able to reproduce this by playing YouTube video streaming, I'm to set
that bug as a duplicate of this instead.
