I agree with you.
The value 2147483642 is the value purposed by TKG kernel, but as
mentioned in my report, if the value is > 200k well issues in game is
over.
I think, the fedora value is a good approach because we already have
return of their experience, and there is no trouble
I'm having the same issue on my Razer Blade Pro. Running Ubuntu 23.10.
Has there been a fix or a workaround for this?

FTR Kernel 6.5.0-25 fixed the problem for me; using > 2 weeks now.
I posted the previous comment #29 (can no longer edit it) about how
previous 6.5 kernels caused unstable/broken wifi.

I would not give up on NVIDIA just yet. No one else with NVIDIA hardware
