I can confirm this problem on Kubuntu 22.04 LTS for an old Acer Aspire
6930G Laptop and kernel 6.5.0-18-generic. In dmesg I get:

Public bug reported:
I was able to narrow down this issue to using Nvidia drivers 535 & 545
on kernels 6.7.5 and 6.6.0 so far. It should affect all kernels in
between. Does not occur with Nouveau display driver.

I remember this used to work in the past, but I didn't use Bluethooth
for about a year. (on an ASRock X570 Taichi)
