It's a known issue on lenovo laptops which lacks of firmware support.
Suggested by upstream to add --ingore-cpuid-check to make thermald keeps

A fresh install of 23.10 on a new ASUS Z790 Formula motherboard had no
working wifi or bluetooth for me.
journalctl showed (among other things):

This notebook have nvme SSD WD PC SN810 SDCPNRZ-2T00 with HPS2 firmware.
When I use standard Ubuntu kernel 6.5.0-14-generic, disk regularly disconnects
and FS become ReadOnly.
