and i think the kernel version v6.5 backwards has same bug behavior

thank you for the update and your work, its "kinda" fix the bug. the
phantom input is not start randomly again, but instead it will appear once
around 20-30 seconds after i press the brightness button. so the phantom
input will trigger only once and only when after i press the brightness
button. if
Let's see if we can determine at a coarse level when this started.

as far as i remember, the bug is happening after i install the ubuntu and
try to fix that by update it but its still same. Im using Linux
6.11.0-17-generic kernel version

version you were using? Did the problem start after an update?

some of the solution you've suggest. i hope there is a way to fix this and
also i can install packages with apt normally
