I already tried shutting down with the menu and the commands "sudo shutdown -h
now", "sudo poweroff" and "sudo systemctl poweroff" which all resulted in the
same behavior.
I also use luks2 encryption of the root partition maybe that has something to
do with this and I also experience the bug #20

It looks more like a stride issue to me. There were no such reports in the
past about normal setups, i.e. setups, where the experimental fractional
scaling setting is not used.

I'm having similar issues on my Linux Mint 20.3. My onboard sound card
(detected as USB Audio) is now broken. The sound coming out is just
popping in and out and crackling. My Mainboard is the Z590 AORUS ULTRA.
According to the spec sheet, this board used the "Realtek® ALC4080
codec", whatever that
the NFS modules are gone. As far as I know this wasn't the case
in previous version.
