running the linux-image-5.15.0-125-generic the max I can reach is 3MB/s.

I manually installed the new kernel 6.11 and now the NVIDIA driver are
no longer functional - attempt to reinstall fails when rebuilding the
kernel modules.

I confirm the bug on
Nutanix AHV el7.nutanix.20220304.511 running Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
5.15.0-125-generic
with
Ethernet controller: Red Hat, Inc. Virtio network device
I also confirm that disabling "Generic Segmentation Offload" solv the
issue. For exemple :
ethtool -K ens3 g
