My intent with shared repos like this is to show what is being worked on

I would not give up on NVIDIA just yet. No one else with NVIDIA hardware
is reporting an issue like this so it's just as likely a problem with
some other kernel driver or system component.
That said, unless you want to experiment with swapping components (like
the NVIDIA card or RAM) then changing

ppa, run sudo apt-get update, run sudo apt install linux-firmware, the

22.04 (jammy) and ubuntu 23.10 (mantic) create various problems when
decoding VP9 content with the iGPU on modern AMD mobile processor
(rembrant and phoenix, i.e. 6xxxU/H, 7x40U/H and 7x35U/H p
FTR Kernel 6.5.0-25 fixed the problem for me; using > 2 weeks now.
I posted the previous comment #29 (can no longer edit it) about how
previous 6.5 kernels caused unstable/broken wifi.

The value 2147483642 is the value purposed by TKG kernel, but as
mentioned in my report, if the value is > 200k well issues in game is
over.
I think, the fedora value is a good approach because we already have
return of their experience, and there is no trouble
All autopkgtests for the newly accepted linux-meta-lowlatency-hwe-6.5
(6.5.0.27.28.1~22.04.1) for jammy have finished running.
