14.04.2, it can't find any other Bluetooth devices at all (simliar to
bug 1129865).

The issue first happened after upgrading to vivid from utopic. The
utopic kernel did not show this behaviour.
I did a short test with the upstream kernel and the issue could not be
reproduced with it. Booting back into the Ubuntu kernel 3.19.0-9 on the
other hand exhibited this issue again.

the problem persist.
Yes, the issue started to happen after an update/upgrade, I'm not sure when
exactly started.

A few hrs later, those two L0 bare metal host CPUs are still maxed. In
scenarios where L0 is hosting many VMs, such as in a cloud, this bug can

The touchscreen is connected via I2C ("HID over I2C"), so lsusb cannot
find anything. So, probably the Linux-i2c-hid-driver has to be extended
to make the touchscreen work. Alternatively, a separate, e.g. user-
space-driver could be written, if the Linux-i2c-hid-driver cannot be
extended.
