At random times, (especially when touching the touchpad after not touching it for a period of time), the display goes black ! It also seems to happen after the system had been successfully recovered from suspending. Also, it one time, just wanted to switch on to resume, and the whole display went 'disco', meaning, it was flashing wildly, recovery impossible...
