not experience this problem while 3.11.0-4 was current. So it looks

We found that after a resume / suspend cycle the interface goes back to
work if it is put in promiscuous mode. This was found by accident while
running tcpdump to see if there was traffic going through.
This can be tested afer resume with:

activate interface in Network M
Seeing this several times a day in debian with kernel 3.10-3 (64bit). If
I use LXDE/openbox, no freeze. Only GNOME 3.4.

No, on kernel 3.11.0-9 same issue. I try susped/resume from shortcut and also
on connected power adapter but non success.
Maybe this is problem with udev ?. I sure that susped/resume work correct
before 3th October.

version of fglrx theat I've tried.
