So which branch(es) should be advised to choose ?

Feature Freeze is in effect since March 21.
I've seen commits of whole new files in kdenlive to the Applications/19.04
branch, that is not how things should be done.
We're also in string freeze, yet serveral new translatable texts have been
added.
