Feature Freeze is in effect since March 21. I've seen commits of whole new files in kdenlive to the Applications/19.04 branch, that is not how things should be done.
We're also in string freeze, yet serveral new translatable texts have been added. Please follow the freezes, it makes everyone's live much easier, and if you need an exception contact the release team. Best Regards, Albert
