0.8.2.1 makes more sense to me, to indicate a hotfix upgrade.

Since the 0.8.2 release unfortunately revealed several important issues (1), I
am preparing to make a bugfix 0.8.4 release. I want to release soon, probably
on monday, the 14th of november.
